GIROPTIC has this week launched a new Kickstarter campaign for their new 360cam 360 degree camera that has been specifically designed to provide easy real-time streaming video over Wi-Fi. As well as the ability to capture still photos and record video.

The description of 360cam App The Giroptic 360cam is a 360 degree camera built to easily capture video and photos from every angle. It delivers easy real time streaming video over Wi-Fi, recorded 360 videos and photos, in the palm of your hand. The Edelkrone DollyONE is an app-controlled, motorized flat surface camera dolly. The FlexTILT Head 2 is a lightweight head that extends, tilts and pans. They aren't cheap, but when combined these two products provide easy camera mounting, re-positioning and movement either for video work or time lapse photography.

The 360Fly allows the user to use their app on Android, iOS, Windows or OSX. The user can then connect to the camera and get a real-time live preview, edit, and playback recorded videos. The smartphone apps connect to the camera over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and the desktop apps can be connected via USB. The 360cam app will let you remote control your camera, import your 360 contents into your phone and share it to your favorite social networks. The 360cam is equipped with three, 185 degree fish-eye lenses with optical assembly that delivers the industry’s largest field of view. Also each of the 360cam lenses are synchronised to simultaneously capture and stitch images in real time.

Setting a call is very easy:
- Open the app, plug your camera and select the new 'call' mode
- Press the 'call ' button
- Share the link of the call using the service of your choice ( Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, email etc... )
- You're all set: you’ll be notified when your friend joins the call and then will be able to communicate in real time in 360°with him/her !
On his side, when clicking on the link you sent, your friend will be able to experience the call:
- within the app if he has already downloaded it
- in his mobile browser on iPhone ( iOS11 + only ) and Android
- on his laptop using his desktop browser ( Chrome / Firefox )

Be sure you are calling someone that has a recent device, following the requirements:
